Purchases shipped to California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Please use the following size charts to help determine sizing, however keep in mind that due to variations between children, brands, styles, and personal preferences we cannot guarantee fit. We have found that height is a better indicator of size than weight. If in doubt you may wish to order up a size, as children will always grow!
If you would like measurements of a specific garment please send an inquiry to Contact@boutiquespoiledrotten.com. Please be sure to include the item code, name, and size of the item you are interested in having measured, as well as what you would like us to measure, (sleeve length, inseam, waist, etc.). We're sorry, but we cannot take phone calls for measurements at this time.
These charts apply only to clothing. Shoes and slippers are sold by shoe size. Specific manufacturer size charts follow the general size chart.

Shipping Info
TRANSIT TIME
Most items ship within one business day, (M-F), unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description. (Please note that we usually SHIP within one business day, not DELIVER within one business day.) Many orders will ship the same business day if your order is received by noon Pacific Time, however please be aware that credit card issues such as a declined credit card or invalid billing address information will delay processing and shipment of your order.
Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected,(please refer to shipping chart above). Only business days are counted in transit time. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day. You will need to add the days required for shipment to transit times for these items.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any additional charges that we incur as a result.
We offer several options for shipping of your order including Standard Ground, Rush, and Express shipping. (NOTE: Gift baskets and any items marked "Ground Shipping Only" must be shipped via Standard Ground. These items cannot be shipped outside the continental US.) Please see chart below for rates and information on International shipments and shipments to Canada.
Standard Ground shipments may be shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion. Priority Mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive, but this time frame is not guaranteed. We are on the West Coast, so UPS shipments may take up to 5 business days from date of shipment. (Holidays and weekend days are not counted in transit time.) A shipment to the East Coast, for example, usually takes one full week from the date you order to arrive via UPS. If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date we recommend choosing either our Rush or Express shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.
